Buying Tickets

Yes, you will sit together in pairs, unless specified otherwise (single seats only). For groups of three or more, we do our best to place you together however it is not guarantee.

These may be alongside one to another, diagonally connected, one behind the other, with stairs or another fan between. We will always prioritize the option of pairs alongside one to another.

All the available details on your seat location are shown in the box directly above and also in your confirmation email. Your Ticket Net allows third party sellers to sell tickets on its platform and displays all section and row information provided by sellers. We encourage sellers on the Your Ticket Net platform to provide as much information as possible when listing however, sometimes the exact seat locations may not be known as they have not received their tickets from the event organiser.

We’re unable to provide any further information regarding the location other than what the seller provided when they created the listing.

However, remember you are always buying tickets under a seat map of the venue with marked designated areas, as well this will be written on your order confirmation. 

Yes, Your Ticket Net allows third party sellers, to sell tickets on its platform. In some instances the original purchaser’s name may be printed on buyer tickets. The tickets are valid. Your name does not need to match the name printed on the ticket to gain entry to the event.

There may be a few possible reasons why you have not yet received a confirmation email for your order. 1 – Your order didn’t complete due to a payment issue – check your account to see the finalized orders. 

2 – You misspelled your email address – contact us so we can assist you.

3 – You have 2 accounts – try logging in again with a different email address.

4 – Your Spam folder is blocking our emails – add us to your allowed senders list.

The price is displayed per each ticket and will give you access to the stadium during the time that the event will last. The total of your order will be displayed including the ticket price plus handling fee and delivery fee.

Receiving tickets

No need to worry, we are monitoring your order closely!

Event organisers tend to release tickets in the weeks leading up to an event, sometimes even just a few days beforehand. As soon as your tickets have been sent, we will notify you via email. Rest assured that you are covered by our guarantee.

  • If you are travelling to the event, add your travel address and expected departure date as soon as possible and we’ll make sure your tickets are shipped to the right place. Once your order ships this address cannot be updated.
  • Ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery, such as a work address.
  • Please ensure that your phone number & Default delivery address are correct in case we need to contact you.

If you bought e-tickets, we will notify you via email once they are ready to download and print. If you bought ‘Instant Download’ e-tickets, they will be available to download and print from your Purchases shortly after purchasing.

There is no need to worry if you are travelling to the event. Your Ticket Net operates across a network of nearly 60 global websites and can deliver tickets to anywhere in the world. 

If you are travelling to the event, add your travel address and expected travel departure date as soon as possible. This will ensure that the tickets are sent to the right place when they’re ready to be shipped.

You can change your delivery address as long as your tickets haven’t been shipped.

Visit your account and you will be able to inform your delivery address. As well you can contact us through our different channels, so we can make the changes for you. You will receive an email confirming that your delivery address has been updated.

If your tickets are being made available for collection at or near the event, you will receive an email with the location of the collection point once we finalise the details. This delivery option will be made by the seller of the tickets, customers can not decide this will be the delivery method. 

No, if tickets are scheduled for delivery, they cannot be collected in person. 

You should expect to receive your tickets in the week leading up to the event as event organisers typically issue tickets very close to the event date, very often the week of the event.

Prices in Your Ticket Net can be above or lower than the face value. Prices are determined by each Seller that acting in the secondary market. The price of tickets on the secondary market is driven by demand and is usually higher than the face value (the price printed on the ticket).

For most of the events Your Ticket Net categories are almost the same as the official categories. For some events we have decided to offer clear options in a standardized way instead of all different categories originally offered for the several events in different venues that we are dealing with. Being so, our categories may be different from the original categories and may be selected according to the description available on our site. So all categories will be clearly marked through the map of each venue and at your order confirmation.

Due to the nature of our business, tickets are not usually released earlier than 1 week before the event, so we can’t guarantee an earlier shipment and delivery. If this might be the case, we will contact you in order to proceed with the delivery, but this is something that we can not choose or control. The seller will do the delivery usually at the week of the event.

Cancellation Questions

It’s not possible to cancel or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made as orders are considered final. 

If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, we advise you to re-list them by clicking on the “Sell” link on the event that you have tickets for. 

We will market your tickets on our platform to find a new buyer.

We do not charge any fees for relisting tickets that you have originally purchased from us. 

Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets can’t be re-listed but it’s usually because the event date is too near to allow secure delivery or upload to the buyer. 

If your event has either been cancelled or postponed, as soon as we know more information we will contact you with all the relevant details. Generally;

  • If an event is cancelled – you do not have to do anything. We will contact you. You will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If the event organiser is offering vouchers or tickets to another event – you do not have to do anything. We will contact you. You will be entitled to a voucher or tickets to another event
  • If an event has been postponed or rescheduled – you do not have to do anything. We will contact you regarding the new date as soon as it is announced. All events are considered valid unless there has been an official announcement stating the event has been cancelled. We can not offer a refund as tickets will be valid for the new event date.

Payment Questions

If a payment has declined causing your order to be cancelled, we suggest you undertake the following to help successfully process your payment:

  • Try an international credit card such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
  • Check the accuracy of the security code (also called CVV2 or CVC2) For Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Electron this is the last 3 numbers on the back of your debit card. For American Express this is the 4 numbers on the front, right hand side of your card.
  • Ensure the debit/credit card details you provided are for a valid card with an expiry date in the future and sufficient funds to cover this order.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company to verify the authorisation of payment to viagogo.
  • Pay by PayPal, a free service to pay online without sharing your financial information.

    If we are unable to successfully process your payment within 30 minutes of the original order time, unfortunately we will have to cancel your order and you will not be charged.

All major credit cards, PayPal and, in certain countries, direct bank transfers are accepted. 

The available payment options will be made clear as you go through the check-out process.

Managing My Account

Visit your account at the site, at your personal information section you will be able to introduce a new password. 

If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password at the log in to your account. Click on forgot your password.
